So on my way this morning to hike up to Tigers Nest the most sacred place in Bhutan. Beautiful view of the snow capped Himalayas on the way - just incredible

Group decision making in emergency situations can sometimes be like this
Limbic system takes over & even without thinking we can instinctively follow the leader
Far better (if safe to do so & time allows) to stop, decide options with whole team & agree a plan of action together

Good briefing, great team work & colleagues, sound threat & error management all resulting in great outcome
