@MedPlusIndia I guess you should stop harassing all customers by calling them everyday 50 times from different numbers 2 months before renewal date.
It would do good to your company and maybe you will retain your old customers.

Finally , after following up for 2 days continuously over multiple calls and emails , received message from the courier guy enquiring about my address and the parcel which was earlier already delivered was finally delivered truly - @DTDCIndia take customer complaint seriously

The mental agony of talking to multiple trying to figure out which franchise my parcel is in Bengaluru is too much - have been following up since morning 10 am and all I get is assurances and apologies but no answer as to where my parcel is .

@plandidalways @DTDCIndia I've lost 2 of my parcels both surprisingly in Bangalore in a span of 20 days , false proof of delivery sent if mail by customer support team for one of the parcels and awaiting rey for the second one

So DTDC @DTDCIndia has declared my laptop ‘Untraceable’ but also say they won’t do anything about it. Anyone here with knowledge on how to take this case forward legally? Consumer forum complaint already lodged. Also request for visibility please. 🙏🏻

Sent my laptop via courier @DTDCIndia to Bangalore & DTDC lost it. Now the branch says just too bad, they will follow ‘due process’ & probably I won’t even get a refund. Entire law process here is a friggin low trust society joke.
