#Mikindani was declared an Heritage Site in 2017, the year the town’s museum was established & renovation of the town’s HAIKATA WELL completed. Fresh water has been drawn from the pool since Arab traders sailed into the lagoon & settled #InternationalDayofMonumentsandSites 💦🌴

CEP students receive books ....

The village of Mitengo had no clean water supply until Trade Aid installed a water pump in 2015. We have now funded the building of a water storage tank which ensures water is available all the time (regardless of the cuts in the mains supply) and over 50 people visit every day.
