@ICT_Concepts Just seen this I’m so sorry for your loss thinking of you always❤️

@MadsTheTrader @EquityEdgeUK Wishing you the best in your new chapter 👏🏿

ICT concepts are powerful, but discernment matters. You have to simplify them enough to make decision-making easier, not harder. For me, the Candle Closure concept helped reduce ICT into a simple 3-candle AMD framework. That’s all I really need.
Mental capital is too important these days to be drowning in noise.

@OkoTrading @TraderYush Likewise, and the candle closure concept helped streamline his concept into a simple AMD and its more than enough.

@TraderYush The biggest issue I had with trading ICT concepts was the fact I learnt them all. There is way too much and I ended up with analysis paralysis most of the time.
Two changes made it work in the end.
1. Focus on 1 or 2 concepts only
2. Stop looking for reversals

ICT clickbait? Nah.
This is what it actually looked like:
→ Switched from options → futures
→ Tried learning ICT… struggled with confirmation
→ Orderflow had ZERO beginner-friendly resources
No courses. No shortcuts.
Just screen time.
Watching the book on ES/NQ every single day.
Piecing it together with my S/R strategy from options.
The game’s different now.
Information is catching up.
Experienced Order flow trader have found an way to simplify learning the concepts like absorption, aggressive with the modern visual tools like bookmap, big trades indicator.
Here is me learning ICT in 2022, yes I journaled everything and still do. 1% better everyday👇

I have been learning trading for almost 2 years, no payouts achieved yet.
Trading can feel heavy, urgent, and personal sometimes.
It’s because of the expectations I bring into them.
The rush. The timeline.
The need for it to show something.
Wanting it to feel like progress.
Gratification feels so delayed
it almost doesn’t exist.
Just… invisible progress.
Trying to learn what it means
to experience this as it is.
Not what I want it to be.
