So Alpha's Discord's mod's keep telling us that they have "already started working through the pending premium payouts." Yet I dont see one person on X that has been paid from the premium payouts owed to us. Is the delay from collecting new account sales and to collect as much liquidity as possible? I dont get why there is a delay after announcement a few weeks ago. Just press a button and pay the people out.

Please see below an update on where things stand. Refunds Full refunds have been processed for all active Premium Plan clients, over $2 million refunded, including activation fees. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your card provider. Performance fees Last week we reinstated any approved performance fees from the Premium Plan and these now show as "Premium Pending" in your dashboard. These are being processed in batches, and we've already started working through them. We will contact each one of you directly that are still outstanding in the coming week. Migration All accounts on retained plans have been fully migrated. Everything we committed to, we've delivered. We know this past week has been disruptive.
