@chefbaily The ERL shares were issued as part of a Genius Group spin-off completed in 2023. At the time, those shares were not DTC-eligible and could only be traded via Upstream, which is why we sent emails with instructions on how to claim them by creating an Upstream account.

@Trading212Help hi there, on the app, the notification at the top of the screen, for example, just after you buy or sell, sits there for ages blocking the app navigation and there is no swipe function to move it off screen. Any chance you could have a look at that, thanks.

There’s an option to show or hide your average price on the chart (Menu → Settings → Trading preferences), which can help you track your position more easily. If you’re referring to understanding your overall position after multiple purchases, your average price is automatically calculated and shown in the app. If anything feels unclear, we’d be happy to walk you through it. @harrysmahal1 There isn’t a specific option to download a copy of your current portfolio. However, you can export your trading data as a CSV file from the History tab. Information about your current cash balance and investments can be found in the activity and monthly statements.

@Trading212 Hi, can you tell me what the amount “pie’s cash” means on this screen please? There’s no separate cash showing and dividends are both in pennies at the moment and reinvested, where has this £35.84 come from?
