@Hyundai 5 days later and still no call or update on our tow. Absolute worst customer experience ever. The tow approval should already been taken care of in anticipation if car being fixed. Any update?

@Hyundai Please have a supervisor call us. Our car has been ready for weeks and our tow is still not setup. Please have them call us ASAP. Please don't wait another week. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service. Especially when we email our case manager and he never responds.

@Hyundai We need to speak to this gentleman again. Nobody is being helpful or returning our calls. Our car has been in the shop for 3 weeks and we are having to pay for the rentals. A loaner would be better, as we could have bought a new car for the costs of the rentals.
