Many traders lose because they think they are smarter than the market. They tell the market what it should be doing, rather than focusing what it is doing. Pick/learn a setup (I use 1), wait on it, *react with a trade* then manage systematically. Follow price, don't argue with it

Big Picture View: April 30, #ES_F broke out a 1 week bull flag at 7186. Last week, I was looking for run to 7546 (~hit) Plan Next Week: ES has to digest it. 7411, 7345=supports. Build another flag under this weeks highs, then next leg sees 7600, 7670. 7345 fails, dip 7300, 7250

OPEX chop fully underway in #ES_F but we got a good spike. 7421 support as posted. Held exact. I posted reclaims of 7435 off 7421 trigger up to 7450-55. We reclaimed 7435, and spiked to 7450-55. Likely tons of chop now. 7472, 7496 if ES wants more. 7435, 7421 remain supports

This is a classic OPEX day in #ES_F and as warned - don't overtrade today. Choppy/corrective session as we work off the recent leg, and setup the next one. Levels working though. 7421 was support. Held exact. I posted reclaims of 35 off 21 trigger to 7450, hit. 7473, 7496 above

Choppy corrective mode the theme today in #ES_F as typical with OPEX - do not overtrade today as warned. Give ES time to digest the recent move and build new structure. We are coming into 7421 next support down. 7402-7399 remain below (watch traps). 7435 reclaims see 7450-55.

We finally get a mild volatility increase/dip in #ES_F to work with. 7411 Failed Breakdown was last entry Wednesday. Yesterday's targets were 7526 main target (hit), 7539 bonus (hit) Plan today: 7473 must reclaim to see 7480, 7496+. 7450 (weak)=supports. 7435 fails, sell 7421

All targets have been run today in #ES_F and now work is done. The 7411 bear trap/Failed Breakdown was our long trigger yesterday. Today's targets were 7504, 7510, 7526 (all hit). Bonus were 7539 (hit exact), 7556 Wait for next bear trap. 7496-7500 1st micro support down

Yesterday's long triggers were twofold: The 7372 Failed Breakdown given to newsletter readers (we went +80 on this) and the 7402 Failed Breakdown given free here (went +50). Now, getting small vol injection. 7428 must reclaim to scalp to 36, 50. 7411 (watch traps), 7390 below

The 7402 lvl keeps paying over and over again in #ES_F. I posted at 1:47PM that 7402 must recover again to trigger up. We triggered, went +50. Now, 0 to do to wait but wait for next bear trap to do it again Plan today: 7428, 7411 (watch traps)=supports. 7455, 7464, 7473=upsides

We finally got a support shelf fail in #ES_F today. 7402 was morning support. I posted watch traps at 8am, and we trapped it, ran to 7422 1st target, sold. Sell targets were 7377(hit), 7363 (held exact), 7336 (watch traps). 7377 must reclaim with vol for a quick scalp up

We continue to dip down the levels nicely in #ES_F after *finally* losing a support shelf at 7402. We got our final trap long at 830am, ripped to 7422 1st target, then down we went. Sell targets were 7377, 7363, 7336 (watch traps). 77 reclaim to see a quick scalp to 90+

Levels working perfect today in #ES_F. 7402 was support given at 8am. We held it exact at 845AM. Targets given were threefold: 7422 (hit), 7434 (hit), 7448 final target (2 points shy). Just ride runner now - work is done today 7462, 7463 will be bonus. 7402=support (watch traps)

Today has been very straight forward in #ES_F. 1st support given at 8am was 7402. What happened? At 845AM, we sold to 7402 exact and held. Targets for today were 7422 (hit), 7434 (hit), 7448 remaining. Work's done, just ride runner for rest of the session now. Same supports

We got our dip buy last night in #ES_F (1-2 per week now). The 7345 Thursday daily low Failed Breakdown was explicitly given out as a long trigger. We swept it at 6pm, recovered. Today's targets were 7402, 7413, 7418 (hit) 7430, 7442, 7452 remain bonus. Ride runner. 7402=support

Another day that all upside targets hit before noon in #ES_F. We get 1-2 buyable dips weekly. Last was 6pm yesterday. Long trigger was Failed Breakdown of the 7345 daily low. We got it, and ran. Todays targets were 7402, 7413, 7418 (hit). Bonus are 7430, 7442. 7402=micro support

With today's 7418 final target hit, remember this weeks rally was not a surprise Its charting 101, and it was spelled out in precise terms Saturday. Last Thursday we broke out a bull flag at 7199. This week, I was looking for a backtest, rally to 7395+. 7199 is exact low of week

Today we finally got setups for 1st time since Monday in #ES_F. As day traders, we only care about volatility - not direction, but typically down=volatility. I posted watch traps of 7355. We swept it to 7345, recovered. 7369 1st profit take, hit. 7377+ above. 7332 next support

We've finally got volatility in #ES_F and that makes trading easy again after days of grind from Monday's 7199 long. 7369 was support, and we bounced ~20 points off it, then rejected. 7355 next down (watch traps here). 7369, 7377 above. 7332 next below if we keep dipping
