MONDAY BEGINNERS RUN: If we get a fair bit of rain today we'll be on the levee, but still planning on a run, 6:30 pm, starting @ river trail

SAT LONG RUN: 7:30 a.m. Lawrence River Trail River trail is groovy for running, so let's head out there this week! Short loop or long loop!

Wed Night Hills: North shore trailhead at 6:30pm. Don't forget a headlamp/light. Going to be the roads tonight due to warming temps.

Mon Beginner Run: We'll meet up at 6:30 at the river trails for an easy 3.8-4.8 miles. Bring a headlamp/light. Come on out!

THURS GALS: Hey Ladies! Gal Gallop with be on tonight as usual. Meet @ 6:30p @ the River Trails. Don't forget your light! Who's in?

Touch-and-go for the Monday run tonight-snow is OK, but we'll have a changeover to the dreaded 'wintery mix' sometime today. Update ASAP
