If you don’t know the reasons behind our methods, you’ll have a hard time understanding. But here’s what it looks like with the Pacers. Great team and classy organization!

@bomberjacket5 @bball_brainiac1 Jump stops are not best for loading up to initiate contact. They are best for optional pivot work. If you land outside, inside that’s easily the best for initiating contact. If you want to call multiple footworks a jump stop, atleast know there are variations.

@TrainImpossible @bball_brainiac1 No, it does mean jump stops. It's a way to load up and initiate contact to counter physical play. That's the Jay Wright definition. All these stride stops, etc are actually variations of playing off one foot. People have just lost their minds on a "new" 50 year old fad.

Rajon Rondo closed his AAU timeout by preaching one thing — play off two feet. Not a play. Not a trick. Just jump stops. And watching his son Pierre and his teammates execute it is all the proof you need that this concept works at every single level of the game. The jump stop puts you in control. Not the defense.

Movement over use. Expose players to new movements. Change how they move. What they decide to use is secondary. Great work by our EYCL ladies

.@TrainImpossible Micah Lancaster uses Decision Mode on The Gun 14X Smart Pass to train aggressive scorers with intent. Players know what shot they want while staying ready for the possibility of something else. Purpose beats randomness every time.

Pivots are undertrained.
Start here- train these three at high speeds first.
Then layer in pace and variability. 1. Step Thru 2. Reverse Pivot Spin 3. Add Step Around

Luka’s not overly quick. He doesn’t jump high. But he freezes the best defenders in the league. Over 20,000 people voted on what makes him so hard to guard. His timing. Between his dribble… and his feet. What do you think?

This combination is elite! You might want to consider adding this to your Samsonite Ziplite 3.0 Hardside Spinner Luggage set 💼 like @DesmondClaude And yes, he’s worked these techniques. You can too!

Dame can shoot with a true jump shot like shown and with a fluid “one motion” shot whenever he wants. The point…it’s nice to have both.

hudl.com/v/2RR0N0 23 pts 4/9 from 3, and 4/8 from 2 - Logan Missler Blessed to compete with the best player in the country @ToundeYessoufou Blessed to compete with one of the best 2026 guards in the country @JuliusPrice_ Guarded by Julius all night was a challenge I may not be ranked but I am coming. Playing last night just fuels the fire, wish we could do it every night...fun to play against guys who love the game. This is no mistake- scored 40 this summer vs Trevon's former team @JuliusVElite0 . @TrainImpossible put in work with Logan. Averaging 18 /4/ 4 over the last 20- 45% from 3. @Pdouble_33 @RonMFlores @CalHiSports @paulmeadors @trigonis30 @PAGMETER @PrepHoops @Hoopswhisperer @CoachBerry07 @JuliusPrice_ @logan_missler7 @ToundeYessoufou

This is one of the highest arc shots I remember taking. Which brings me to the question. How important is the ability to adjust your arc in the moments of the game?

Every play has its details. The techniques we can study and learn from. - But for this one, I want to draw attention to the Open Drop footwork with a Punch.

The amount of identifiable skills in this play are amazing. But to me, the most important one to draw attention to is the Motion Pocket.

Game reads happen fast, but it all starts with the ability to read, respond, and execute. Can you make decisions with your eyes and have the skills to follow through? The best part: you can train this alone and build that edge. 🏀

In basketball, responding > reacting. Reactions are unconscious, but responses are calm and calculated. It’s not about pre-planning moves—it’s about training to respond with confidence in real-time. We help players become intentional, composed, and effective on the court.

Here’s a 9-year-old with WNBA-level focus. 🏀💪 I’ll work with anyone willing to work hard and focus! Kids don’t need to be babied—we can push them, challenge them, and expect BIG things. This girl came all the way from Texas to be challenged. 🔥
