@Yemi69808481 Also stretching before the workout would help, although muscle soreness as a beginner is inevitable. It'll subside over time 😅

Ask one of the gym trainers to give you some exercise tips on how to relax your body joints and if possible massage you, preferably a female coach … it reduces the pains… you can’t stop today or else you’ll experience the pain for a whole week 😅

You guys that go to the gym regularly, how do you do it? 😩 I tried push-ups yesterday and today I can barely stand upright or walk properly. My whole body is screaming! I’m in so much pain. What can I take to reduce the pain 🥹
