@ShepWestern @Reuters I do agree with some of your points. But note that Iran didn't break the JCPOA deal according to IAEA. Trump unilaterlly withdrew in 2018. Iran did escalete enrichment but that happened after the US withdrawal.

Diplomacy with Iran has failed for 24 years since its secret nuclear sites were exposed in 2002. Multiple deals, including the 2015 JCPOA, collapsed as Iran kept enriching uranium to near-weapons-grade levels. The latest Islamabad talks just failed over the same core issues: enrichment and Hormuz control. Now we're back to a fragile ceasefire and US naval blockade. Pure diplomacy DOES NOT WORK with a regime that treats talks as delay tactics. Pressure has always been needed.
