@DPD_UK_Support_ DPD ,you should never use to send a parcel. Spoke to the DPD drivers today. He explained to me if he doesn’t deliver his parcel, he doesn’t get paid. The truth is DPD do not offer the working class person the option to have it delivered to a collection point

We are banning social media access for under 16s. These days kids must find their feet in a world where technology intrudes into every area of their life. I just can’t let that go on anymore. So we’re giving children their childhoods back.

@CustomerSu93633 Today I had a message to say the items been returned back to CEX. I would not recommend anybody order from CeX if they work. It seems DPD and CeX discriminate against everybody goes out to Work. If you’re not home, you’ll never get the parcel.

@dpduk_ @Cex CeX sent my parcel via the company DPD who discriminate against the Work people. If you work you get carded three times, the parcel is delivered back to CeX. Maybe I should be one of these lazy benefit people, then I would get my parcel.

@ClaimAssist01 Thank you for response. I had an email from your customer service saying the parcel is being returned to you via DPD. I work six days a week and never home. You using DPD stop me receiving the item as they do not cater for the working person.

@Cex Emailed customers Support about a delivery sent by DPD. Never home as I have to work. No delivery, no goods. If they gave me the option to use Royal Mail, I would not be complaining about the company. Very poor service.
