@Trane_Tech Extremely disappointed in @Trane_Tech. I purchased a $13,000 AC unit in 2019/2020, and within a year, the indoor coil failed and had to be replaced.

@Trane_Tech Has anyone experienced issues with receiving a response from Consumer Relations at Trane? I’ve an American Standard Heat Pump that is under warranty. Apparently my claim is in the “queue”. No emails, or phone calls. Frustrated customer.

Replaced a 30 year old Trane HVAC at the office. Amazing lifespan! So @Trane_Tech, why is your thermostat so fucking hard to see, much less operate. Phone App sucks too. Had to use a credit card just to download it & then got a fraudulent charge. You should use @googlenest

@Trane_Tech Our new Trane failed after only 6 months and the board to fix it is not available. So far it has been over a week and we have not had heat and they can't say when we will. Never buying a Trane again.

Company acts like they didn't make this unit and they act like it is not on warranty, they are horrible so quick suggestion NEVER TRANE AC's

They fired my husband while under doctors care, ignored his Americans With Disabilities Act paperwork on file with their HR department, if you’d even call it that! Can’t get a HUMAN in the HR department!

@Trane_Tech This is day 9 of no a/c in 110+ degree weather. Last Monday I was told the replacement coil would be here in 5-7 days. This morning I was told it'll now be 5-7 weeks! WEEKS to fix your defective 2 yr old unit. Replace this unit now!
