I wrote about Minh Khai, a plastic village and typical informal recycling community in the Red River Delta. Hanoi produces nearly 6000 tons of solid waste per day but doesn't recycle any. Instead, it relies on villages like Minh Khai to do the work. twitter.com/UrbanistHanoi/…
