People seem to like it.

Leavenworth leads all the major cities in this state when it comes to car free streets.

You get hard core cardio, nature time and heart pumping downhill adrenaline. These are three of my favorite things! I’m converted.

I recently bought a bike rack so I could get to trails where my 6 year old could ride safely. Then I was like okay I guess it’s time. I found a sweet hard tail used. And holy moley what a great sport.

Okay bike fam. I’m a 38 year old mountain bike convert. I resisted it in my 20s bc it basically requires a car to do, which I proudly didn’t have.

@SEAsheltie @VamonosLA Wenatchee arguably is the best ski town in Washington. By definition of real town and proximity to slopes!

@VamonosLA NIMBYism set in so fast at the Washington ski resorts they never had a chance to form towns. A few lucky people got in on the ground floor for a handful of cabins near, e.g., Crystal Peak and Stevens Pass. But the closest thing to a ski town must be Leavenworth, 35 miles away!
