i was wondering where at the start of his project is the thread which later unravels into that and i think it's a certain logical conservatism. wld go as far as to say that comes from Sellars and the "logical irreducibility of the manifest to the scientific image".

the big gamechanger of the decade is that "is it ok if one ball is larger than the other" is now mediated at a more intricate social level than mere search

Between two dead ends of Parmenidean rationalism (Badiou and Meillassoux) and Heraclitean empiricism (Deleuze and Delanda) there's a secret trail to Platonic idealism (via Natorp via Kant) that theologizes dialectics.

@kitsumute @LetovCCRU haven't read it yet (plan to) but i wonder if that mention of "recipes" near Sellars implies Sacillotto draws from his "Soul as Craftsman", which i do believe is key for what is summed as philosophy in these shots.

@kitsumute trying hard to imagine what it's like to not consider infants' self-determining behaviours as a fundamental springboard for the normative revision a longue-durée project like universal emancipation requires. or what it's like to forget it's around 2yo we learn how to employ 'No.'

today i felt both that this explains why i've never dropped comics as a one-time interest and that it signals i shld keep at this even if only for the sake of finding out new ways of thinking how to be "difficult".

trying to come up with a new one-person-comics-anthology is both hard & fun. i just realized comics allow me (in retrospect, have allowed too) to deal w subjects & forms i wldn't otherwise via other media.

bad cover for a nice book? took a while to make up my mind but more than ignorant graphics i think that sturdy paper, wrong-sized french flaps on books with not that many pages is very stupid. so that's why the portuguese edition of Kosmos is my choice
