Everyone is looking for advice of sorts in what to do so here’s mine: We have time, this is the first day and things will not change just yet. We have time to figure things out on what to do. 1/3

If you need to do something to help yourself cope with all this, such as self harm, drinking, etc then there is no shame in doing that. We all need a way to cope with this and it doesn’t matter how. We will persevere if we are constructive and work together. 3/3 -💜

You could plan to live with a friend away from home, starting DIY hrt, and/or evacuating the country as a whole. The answer is not easy but we can do this. 2/3
