@rockstationonx Well if everyone wants to be technical the marketing for GTA 6 started when they drop the first trailer. YES the full blown marketing don’t start until summer time but technically it already started back in December 2023.

I can’t believe that not even a few hours after we got word about GTA 6 from Strauss, there’s already a rumour going around about Trailer 3 dropping on Tuesday.
We’ve basically been given the window, and he literally told us it’s not yet…
Sometimes I wish people could just enjoy the moment rather than instantly moving on to the next thing.

There’s a rumour going around claiming GTA VI will be delayed to February 2027 and that the announcement will happen during tomorrow’s Take‑Two earnings call.
I’d be shocked if Take‑Two or Rockstar chose an earnings call to reveal something like that, just as I wouldn’t expect Trailer 3 or pre‑orders to drop during one either. And the post itself even admits the source was told it’s misinformation.
Hopefully Strauss Zelnick clears away any remaining doubt during tomorrow’s call.

BF6 S3 hit reg is the worst ever.
As anyone watching my streaming knows, it's not even particular situation, just my average recent experience.
70% of the reason I die is hit reg.
Yea of course I play at 140 Ping but this is too much.
Even I playing at 40 ping on an Asia server is not much different.
They say they've improved the netcode, but it's gotten worse.

As much as I agree with this, all the fans would need is a random screenshot every so often. Could simply be a shot of Jason or Lucia. Not even an important shot, just them sitting somewhere and fans would go crazy.
The unnecessary silence is what makes fans on edge. It can be soothed with a random screenshot.
Heck they could have sent 1 screenshot a month from the 70 they released and we would still be happy. But they did a huge drop and went silent for a year.

When they are doing weekly blog posts/updates when the game releases, I don't think anyone is going to say they aren't playing/buying because they didn't give us an update a year before launch. If they dropped an image today, tomorrow, everyone will be back to weird conspiracy theories and asking for trailer 3. It literally does nothing for them to drop anything yet if they are not ready. I know it's a hard pill to swallow, but it's just the reality of launching the biggest game of the century that's going to generate billions of dollars. It's not about caring about the community; it's about doing research and analysis, and if it says they don't need to drop X, Y, Z at the moment, they are not going to.

O @_Tom_Henderson_ comentou algo que muita gente talvez não queira aceitar sobre o GTA VI, mas que faz bastante sentido.
Segundo ele, daqui 6 meses nada disso vai importar. A falta de screenshots, Trailer 3 ou posts frequentes da Rockstar Games não vai fazer o jogo vender menos.
E sinceramente? Ele provavelmente está certo.
Tom também comentou que, mesmo se a Rockstar soltasse uma imagem hoje, amanhã todo mundo já voltaria a criar teorias, pedir Trailer 3 e cobrar novas informações novamente. No fim, se eles ainda não mostraram mais coisas, é porque simplesmente não sentem necessidade no momento.
É difícil aceitar o silêncio? Sim. Mas estamos falando do maior lançamento da década, talvez da história dos games.

It's early morning but no indication yet of anything GTA 6 happening.
A lot of GTA 6 fan accounts endlessly spamming obvious scam websites, AI chats & fake retailer updates.
Rockstar was active a few hours ago on Bilibili, but it was just recycling last weeks GTA Online post.

Looking across major UK retailers (Game, Asda, Smyths, Argos, CeX, Currys, so on) and there's no even suggested listings for GTA VI as of yet. Mostly older titles, Shark Cards, the odd Gran Turismo. Not even a placeholder. Most IRL stores opened 30 mins ago. Today is unlikely.
