Tried idli, sambar & uttapam at an Udupi restaurant recently. It was good.TBH, my Maa made homemade Suji (Semolina) Idli with almond chutney is on another level. As North Indians, we love to make idli with suji and curd instead of urad dal & rice. Have you tried Suji(Semolina)Idli yet?
