My biggest plays, and biggest moves have come from doing shit off the dome and not thinking The biggest winners (athletes, entrepreneurs, etc.) don’t have to constantly think. It’s just automatic. If Steph Curry were to analyze his shot, he would go cold instantly. Same should go for you. Counter productive to things I’ve said before, but learned through real experience over time… AOV (mainly speaking about fashion) is not something that should be very high. It should be in a decent sweet spot. Your AOV should increase as you scale. If you are getting too many large orders (good problem i know), it can actually fuck you up in the long run. Fashion is notorious for having lots of chargebacks and disputes. If you get 7/8 dresses perfect in their order, but one comes with a small defect or the sizing is off, guess what, you’ve just been charged back $500💪 So fucking annoying. So stick to an AOV which is synonymous with the scale you are operating at and see you will minimize your risks.

Biggest piece of advice I can give is not to go this deep into the analytics. Just let shit happen. My biggest breakthroughs and money makers happened when I didnt know what the fuck was going on or why its happening. Sounds counterproductive but its a fact. Analyzers lose every single time.
