@MrAkaPro @hecubian_devil Let me rephrase: it should be NORMAL for a disabled person to NOT WORK and or be PREVENTED FROM WORKING in a position that will put themself or others at risk of harm. As in SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING. Is that clear enough?

@hecubian_devil I’ve had a boss get pissy at me for not being able to go back to my register during a seizure-like episode where I couldn’t hold myself up. Making an EMERGENCY DOC work like that is like 1000x worse.

@hecubian_devil The funny part is it’s actually the opposite of woke to imply a disabled person is fine to work through their disability. It should be completely normal for someone having a medical episode to stop working for a period, or at least take a break, for their own comfort and safety.

I had a doctor ask me at like 23 if I was sexually active, I said no, she asked me if I had ever had sex (which was unnecessary info and felt like an overstep to me) and I said no. And she was BEWILDERED. Asked me “oh waiting on the right person?” I was like uhm. No. Just haven’t
