Shireen Said, Dept of Justice and Constitutional Development, committed to work with #SactjJustice on moving unfinished business of TRC fwd. Clarity is needed on how to move fwd on providing reparations to victims of apartheid and be part of compiling regulations.

Day 2 of the #nationalreparationsconference Prof Jeremy Sarkin said there's no legal basis for the list of beneficiaries for reparations to be closed. The Conference aims to deal with the unfinished business of TRC. Concern over 17 mil lost through bad investment of the fund.
