Southern Baptists, remember that there is no beef in the New Testament between mission and ecclesiology. In fact, God has designed them to work together. His program for missions and evangelism is the local church. Let’s stand today at the @_SBTC annual meeting for faithfulness in our churches, for the purpose of faithfulness to our mission.

What Baptists in Texas (SBTC) do today is up to them, but if there is a lack of clarity on what the Convention means by “pastor,” then I think we always serve our churches better with more clarity, not less.
