@HyeseongKimMuse Uniqlo essentially bought mention of their name in the same sentence as Dodger Stadium at the beginning of each broadcast, the best signage in the outfield (I was there Monday, and it was under a tarp right in the middle of center field), and their name on the baselines.

@HyeseongKimMuse They’ll brand it as Uniqlo Field at Dodger Stadium. Not unlike the Wu Tsai Theater, which is the formal, donor-branded name of the *auditorium* of David Geffen Hall, where the New York Philharmonic plays. I’m sure Uniqlo doesn’t expect to replace “Dodger Stadium.”

@joonlee I miss the All You Can Eat Pavilion in the outfield at Dodger Stadium, ca. 2014. Walking up to piles of popcorn bags and nacho boats, with open soda fountain machines. I asked, “Can I have more nacho cheese?” AND THEY GAVE IT TO ME.

@Delta, I visted website ca. 7 p.m. CST on 1/28/26 to book a flight and use an eCredit before it expires, but it shows on my account as already expired, and phone support would not honor it. Shouldn't the eCredit remain valid until 11:59 p.m. EST on the expiration date (today)?

@LucyLeMostJuicy Not the point of the joke, I know, but the math is so flucc’d up. Since 1 yen is worth less than two-thirds of one cent, I’d gladly take $180 per yen. Imagine exchanging 1000 yen, which is worth about $6.30, and instead getting $180,000.

I was at my bank today, and there was just an Asian lady ahead of me...
She was trying to exchange yen for dollars.
It was obvious she was a little irritated.
She asked the teller, "Why it change? Yesterday, I get two hunat dolla fo yen. Today I only get hunat eighty? Why it change?"
