@GavinNewsom Of course you would. You've ran your state into the ground and you yourself admitted that you're dumb.

@BernieSanders Congratulations to the 2% of the population, 98% of the people don't agree with No Kings protest because it's insanity. Only thing it accomplished is a money trail of the billionaires funding the "protest" mainly foreigners. Are these the billionaires you wish would pay more?

Congratulations to the approximately 8 million people who came out to No Kings rallies this weekend — the largest single-day political protest in American history. The American people are saying loudly and clearly: no to authoritarianism, no to oligarchy and no to endless war.

@Maga4liberty no need to counter-protest. Billionaire funded protests that make up only 2% of the population, when 23% of the population voted for Trump.

@KimDotcom That's such a small percentage, your voice means nothing. 8 million out of 345million. That's like 2% of the population bro, compared to the 23% of the population that voted for him....this accomplished nothing except leave a money trail of who actually funds these "protests".

@BernieSanders "Millionaires and billionaires need to pay their fair share" once you became a millionaire "Billionaires need to pay their fair share" turned into "The wealthy and corporations need to pay their fair share"

Elon Musk, the wealthiest man alive, recently paid an effective tax rate of less than 3.3%. That is less than the average truck driver, nurse and teacher. YES, we must demand the wealthy and corporations pay their fair share. twitter.com/i/broadcasts/1…

Sometimes, I wonder why I do this work. I wonder why I work so hard to elect Republican majorities into office & — when we are in power — our very elected officials don’t wield or harness that power. I wonder why I lose sleep, miss family vacations, & put my personal life on hold, so wealthy Senators can go on paid vacations after not achieving the very promises they campaigned on. Sometimes, I wonder if they truly care about us & if they actually want to represent the will of the very people that elected them into positions of authority. I will tell you this: if the Senate ultimately does not pass the SAVE America Act, I will use all of the energy, hustle, & organizing efforts we used to elect these Senators into office as tools to peacefully & respectfully defeat them in their upcoming elections.

@SenWarren @PattyMurray Like those affordable "Learing Centers" in Minnesota? Affordable child care, like the "Affordable Care Act" made health care cheaper? Complete failure of a Senator

In the richest nation on Earth, child care shouldn't be a privilege reserved for only the wealthy. That's why today @PattyMurray and I are launching a new working group to write landmark legislation to deliver affordable child care for every family. Let's get this done.

@PattyMurray You don't believe in borders and want anyone to be able to vote. Look at your voting record in 2006. You voted NO for more security at the border....Leading to this horrible situation with immigration. senate.gov/legislative/LI…

Residents of Washington state. Students. Married women. Seniors. Rural families. Millions of people will have to jump through hoops & pay more to vote under Trump's SAVE America Act. I will not let Republicans pass their scam anti-voter bill.

Trump has called for the execution of democrats. He’s celebrated their deaths… and now he’s calling them the greatest enemy of the state. This isn’t normal. Remove him from office. He is a threat to the moral fabric of this nation.

The President of the United States learned that Robert Mueller had died. And he picked up his phone and typed: “Good. I’m glad he’s dead.” I need you to stop. Put down whatever you’re doing and feel the full weight of those words. Good. I’m glad he’s dead. Said by the man who holds the most powerful office in the history of human civilization. The office of Washington. Of Lincoln. Of Roosevelt standing in the rubble of Pearl Harbor promising a nation trembling in the dark that we would rise. That office. Those words. Now let me tell you who Robert Mueller was. He did not have to go to Vietnam. He had every reason not to. A Princeton degree. A blown-out knee. A future waiting for him in the comfort of civilian life. He waited a full year for that knee to heal, just so he could serve. Let that sink in. He walked into hell when other men were running from it. He came home with a Bronze Star for heroism and a Purple Heart soaked in the blood of his sacrifice. He spent the next four decades standing in the breach, as a prosecutor, as FBI Director, as the man who held this nation together in the smoldering ash of September 12th, 2001, when we were all afraid and we needed someone steady, someone serious, someone who loved this country more than he loved himself. He was all of those things. He was a Republican. He was, by every honest measure, an American hero. And the President danced on his grave.

@jurgen_nauditt Why does anyone care what you think when you fly a German Ukraine flag? Why you attempting to meddle in our affairs, you're not even American? Where is your tweet denouncing this? When Biden said this? youtu.be/eHfbuwBifbU?si…

Trump declares almost 50% of Americans to be public enemy number one – right after Iran. This is no longer politics; this is open civil war from the mouth of a president. Anyone who brands half of their own people – millions of ordinary Americans who simply vote differently – as the "greatest enemy" hasn't understood America; Trump hates it. This rhetoric isn't "tough," it's treacherous. It destroys precisely what makes America strong: the idea that Americans, despite all their differences, are one nation. Trump has just proven that he doesn't want to be president of all Americans – but merely the leader of a faction that considers the rest the enemy. Insane. And extremely dangerous.

@pureMetatron Yeah, but isn't there a slight difference between Charlie Kirk getting assassinated by a sick ideology and Robert Muller dying? Refer to saying "People mourn in their own ways." Now, we aren't allowed to do that? Trump new the guy personally. I would cheer if my father died.

I'm gonna die on this hill. Charlie Kirk dies, people laugh and dance. Rob Reiner dies, people laugh and dance. Now Robert Muller died, Trump says he is glad he is dead. Trump will die, people will be dancing and celebrating. Biden will die, people will be dancing and celebrating. Can we make it a thing where it's just morally wrong to celebrate death? It's inappropriate, petty, vindictive and morally out of place. We need to be better than this as a nation and a people.
