@santanderukhelp one business day until my account switches to you and I still know zero about my account. Don’t even know a sort code. No AccNo. Switch started 2nd April. All normal service for you according to the phone line, who refused to help further. Great start.

@treac2024 Hi, yes you can do a return journey with a flexipass as long as it's within your chosen stations only.

@ScotRail flexipasses allow travel between two stations in any direction, is that correct? Ticket examiner on train has just accused my Mum of having an incorrect ticket because the flexi says SLS to CHC for all 12 but she’s travelling from CHC to SLS.

✅ Railhead treatment has now completed both Up and down the Cowdenbeath route. Train services are now returning to normal, however some delays may continue.
