Ratings are GREAT! Ratings are obviously better when CC plays. Two things can be true at the same time. The true convo is how CC games are outperforming some primetime NBA games & other wnba games are outperforming many major men U.S. sports viewership.

@jimshapiro Teach your players *how* to be leaders -- first by example, and then by spending time to train them. Learning how to lead is an immensely challenging -- you learn how to accept responsibility, face fears, inspire others, do the hard things, ask for help, and so much more.

Question for all coaches that have coached longer than 10 years. If you could go back to your first day as a coach and give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be? Mine. Spend more time investing in the hearts of my players and less time on X’s and O’s. Winning will take care of itself when you learn how to win the hearts of your players.
