发现之前戴加长鼻管呼吸不畅，是因为管子实际进了食道 最近才成功插到气管里 进入食道： *刺激较小 *可正常发声 *可以呼吸但不畅，需较用力，不能坚持很久，无法入睡 进入气管： *刺激较强，会引起咳嗽（但可适应） *管道通过声门，无法发声 *呼吸较顺畅，不过能否长期佩戴尚待测试（管内可能堵塞）
