Not really a morning ‘exerciser’, but had to get a run in before leaving for the #NADSRC in Lisbon. Looking forward to catching up with colleagues and be updated on all the exciting work that goes on in the NAD space.

Great run on Monday with @CaioYonamine and @tandio_david; final preparations for the DHL race including 5 x 800 m at race pace. Final run before the race will be next week 💪🏃‍♂️

Great run yesterday with Emilie, @CaioYonamine @nigelkurgan and @tandio_david. We did 400 m intervals at race pace at Østerbro Stadion. Next week will be intervals as well, and then there is only one week to the race! 🏃‍♂️👍😊

Only 4 more runs until the DHL race. Today we did nearly 11 km in Fælledparken. Not the most inspiring route, but still very enjoyable with @CaioYonamine and @nigelkurgan

First 10 km run in the @Metabolcenter running club. The DHL relay is getting closer and we need to ready. @CaioYonamine is finally back with us 👍 and @nigelkurgan and @SteffenRaun were great company 😊

On vacation on Bornholm, but still had to do the weekly run. Bornholm is certainly not a flat island! Did 10 km with rolling hills all the way to Hammershus and back 😊 Hope people @Metabolcenter had a nice run also 🏃‍♂️💪

Science has lost a giant of physiology and metabolism. Vandy has lost a true leader. I have lost a mentor, colleague, and dear friend. Those of us lucky to have known him will remember his dedication and his (odd) humor. Rest now @DHWasserman1 We will miss you.
