I woke up yesterday super hungover and kind of just took a long look in the mirror and shook my head. I’ve made a lot of unhealthy choices in my life. I’ve been vaping now for 10 years and I drink way too much. I am going to be taking a long break from drinking and do my best to quit smoking. I want to keep consistent with the gym and eating right. I think now is the best time with streaming and content going so well. If I seem off on stream or in videos don’t mind me it’s just gonna be tough but I need to because I’m going to hurt my self in the long run. Appreciate all of you for the love and support as of late ❤️ I’ll keep you all updated (hopefully on a daily basis) and I hope y’all have a great day 🙂

Replaced pre workout with one cup of black coffee and my workouts are the exact same and I feel just as awake. Pre workout is a scam. Only supplement you really need when lifting is creatine everything else is a myth.
