I buy shampoo every 6 or 8 months. The last bottle I bought about 6 months ago of @TRESemme shampoo came with a pump like this, and the pump wouldn't pump. So for the last half year I have to take the lid off and let gravity do what should have been possible with a normal lid with a push to open slot instead of a pump. Please @TRESemme stop using pumps like this and use a normal lid. Probably by Labor day this broken bottle will be gone and I will buy another shampoo with a lid (not a pump). I would prefer it be @TRESemme, but if all they have is a pump I will buy something else. I bet normal lids are cheaper, so you will save money and make your customers happy.

3 tahun pake @TRESemme aman bgt, cocok, tp sejak 3 bulan lalu beli shampoo Tresemme lagi aku jd ketombean parahhh kaya eksim kulit kepala 😔 sampe sekarang ga sembuh-sembuh, udah ganti shampoo lain ga ngefek, trus seminggu ini nyoba balik ke Tresemme lagi gatelnya makin parah

@TRESemme hi I bought ur extra hold aerosol hair spray. But the spray tip is not spraying like a normal aerosol can it spits out white water droplets onto hair. How can I get replacement? First time ever experienced that. Appreciate any options u can offer,

Ordered TRESSEME SHAMPOO 1 litre from @Flipkart today . The shampoo was totally fake with dilute cheap hand soap material inside which caused my hair to become rough . I have been using @tresemme since 3 years and know oG product disgusting @Flipkart

@TRESemme Please modify the applicator on your mousse products. This is the second container with a failed applicator-the nozzle comes off, no way to repair it. Item was NOT dropped or handled roughly.

@TRESemme Your switch to all black bottles means I won't be buying both your shampoo & conditioner any more, I used to buy both bc shampoo in black & conditioner in white meant I could tell them apart easily, esp in the shower It's a shame you've turned your back on people w/ vision probs
