Maybe a crazy theory, but I feel like that GTA 6 Best Buy email was just scheduled at the wrong time. Was probably meant to go live later today. Right date, wrong time. I've made that mistake before. Could bode well for today!

@vmsm_04 @jericho681 I would imagine all players will be able to play on 11/19, physical or digital it won’t matter on launch. Your internet connection speed will have a greater impact than the type of game you buy.

The Best Buy pre order leak is the GTA VI ‘black Wednesday’ event. Marketing season begins NOW and we will remember where we were when we got the news! Letsss fuckin go!!!

2 hours later the odds are over 80% for pre-June.

Kalshi Market odds of a GTA VI 3rd trailer before June have soared to 80%. Just a few hours ago they were below 50% as I said in an earlier post. This news comes after Best Buy told affiliates physical copy pre-orders will launch on May 18.

LATE NIGHT LEAK?? Did Best Buy just leak to affiliates an announcement about Pre Orders?? An email went out to Best Buy affiliates saying GTA VI pre orders will launch on 5/18. This email has been confirmed as authentic some including @TGGonYT

@Jonesracing82 @playb0y4L That is my theory too, letting Q4 financials speak for themselves on the 5/21 call theeen drop some new content! If not 5/26, maybe a day or two prior.

@tribalchieef_ @playb0y4L Given T1 had "coming 2025", & T2 was released in '25 & said "coming May 26, 2026", my guess for T3 is May 26.

Why are people upset? Because Rockstar’s marketing gaps have become absolutely massive over the years. GTA 5 had 378 days between Trailer 1 and 2. RDR2 had 343 days. GTA 6? We waited 518 days for Trailer 2, and it’s already been over 370 days with no Trailer 3. At this point, the silence is what’s frustrating people the most. Fans have been waiting over a decade for this game, and Rockstar barely says anything between reveals. Nobody knows what’s happening behind the scenes, so every month without news builds more impatience and speculation.

@tribalchieef_ @playb0y4L Agreed, at this point this game will market itself. In a way it already is with dedicated accounts on here guessing release dates just for a Trailor. For Rockstar it's free advertising.

What do yall think about these odds?? On May 9th, Kalshi market odds for a May 2026 release of GTA VI Trailer 3 peaked at 90%! Since then, Kalshi odds for a Trailer 3 release before June 2026 have plummeted to 46%. Odds for pre July release for Trailer 3 are still strong at 88%.
