@Trip @greateranglia @PLUSBUS_UK June last year - Haikou hotel boasted of free drinks, snacks, fruit etc+duty free shopping vouchers. At hotel - barely had tea and certainly no other drinks or snacks;when I asked about the govt promoted CDF vouchers (supposedly available at all CDF) - they said: this mall only!!

@Trip the customer service very bad , i was issue ticket from yesterday it’s showing to me your ticket will be issue before 11apr (15:11) GMT+3 , until now ticket not issue i try to call customer via live chat and call via phone but no reply only Ai reply to me and ai can’t help

@Trip @Tripcom Extremely poor handling. My Apr 30 Saudia flight was rescheduled, and I asked for an alternative right away. Instead of acting, you delayed 3 days and came back saying no seats left. This is clearly your failure, not mine. Fix this ASAP.

@agoda The operator of the hotel left. Landlord shut the water off had to book a second hotel thank you @Trip. We will be issuing a charge back if Agoda does not provide a full refund we have receipts.
