@Metrorailinfo@Metrorailinfo Moreover, why would the sign give a wrong number entirely, that there's two minutes until a train, so someone might rush, but the train left when the sign said 2 minutes to go?
@Metrorailinfo That's doesn't make any sense, standing on the escalator takes 75 seconds, so it makes sense that it doesn't show 1 minute, but if it reads 2 minutes then nobody needs to rush
@Metrorailinfo This has been one of the worst commutes I've had since before Covid. Got off at Pentagon to get a shuttle, employees had no idea what I was talking about, then someone saw train service was reestablished but is still very slow. Shuttle would have been faster
@Metrorailinfo Kiss and Ride lot at Huntington South fill of parked cars. I and others either circling or in the thruway. PLEASE prohibit parking in this lot, there's a whole garage people can park in
@Metrorailinfo Any chance of getting the down escalator at the south end of NoMa fixed? Most days I've gone into the office the last two weeks it's been stopped, though not every time
@tripinva Hi there, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Can you let us know which station you're referring to? We'll notify MTPD for parking enforcement to ensure the Kiss & Ride area is used properly. - RS
@wmata Can we eliminate parking in the kiss and ride lots? There are plenty of garages and yet there are a bunch of empty cars preventing kiss and ride folks from having a place to wait.
@Metrorailinfo I'm in train car 7214 currently sitting between lenfant and archives and I keep hearing the announcement noise followed by silence. Not sure if the mic doesn't work or the driver is using it wrong but if not for this post, I'd have no idea why I'm going to be late for work
