@Nikkityknack76 I know that Iowa is a state where you have to have permission by one of the parties to record. Nevada you do not. It really is a state by state decision, and the decision of the person who was recorded to prosecute if they want....even if it is in public.

The amount of people who think it's illegal to record others in public is shocking to me. Why would they think that?
