He’s not moving fast at all and he elbows him in the head. 2 minute penalty and the embellishment was disgusting as well. Lays on the ice for 2 min and then jumps up and plays on that power play.

@Iamsharknado @NYRLouie Clearly not an intentional headshot. Elbow is locked in, he’s just a foot taller. They didn’t call head contact they called interference meaning the hit was late. (Which it wasn’t)

It’s a dangerous game if you don’t protect yourself. He’s only got 35 career games and he learned a tough lesson there.

@NYRLouie Everybody brings something different to the lineup. One of his great assets is his physical play and if I’m the coach there I’m furious at the ref and when the kid gets back to the bench I’m telling him not to change a thing.
