@FitbitSupport I haven’t been able to sync my Fitbit since 5/21. I’ve tried everything. Forced stop the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Reset my phone. I’ve got the newest iOS but issues started before I even updated it yesterday.

The prior issue affecting syncing, pairing, and firmware updates has now been resolved. If you're having trouble updating to iOS 13.5, uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app may resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience!

@FefeWalters He was a member of my church. We just had Octavius Catto day at church on Sunday. Good question. They have enough history out there and archived at church to do something.
