I guess there's a version of the truth as Jade sees it and they might see it a bit differently, as would Hipkins.
Clearly Jade thinks he is not morally fit to be PM again.
My point would be the lies of his coverup are proof of that.

I am because I doubt they would lie. If Jade is not telling the truth, I would expect them to say so HOWEVER if she is telling the truth, I think they would be conflicted. He is their son after all. I think they would either refuse to comment or say just say "no comment" either of which which in my view, would be very damning. No doubt there will be those that say it's nothing to do with them but they would be wrong. They were prominently featured in her post.

So Mike Hosking is currently eviscerating Chris Hipkins. Pointing out he lied yesterday about not talking about his kids in media. HIPKINS he didn't talk about his kids... but Mike says he is in media just doing that.
