Does anyone have tips for applying on Cohley? I feel that the time and effort for each application seems to outweigh the benefit unless I could find a faster way for applying. #ugc #question #cohley

Kizik hands-free shoes are one of those “why didn’t I do this sooner” things. Slip on in literally seconds (no bending, no tug-of-war), and they actually look normal enough to wear for real life—not just “running to grab the mail.” I’ve worn my Kiziks for errands, school

I like batching content, but some ideas just don’t work the next day. If you’ve ever written something that sounded smart yesterday and awful when you went to film it, you’re not alone. Some content ideas are time-sensitive, and forcing them usually shows in the performance.

@truproofcreativ "No contract" is the biggest red flag 🚩 If a brand won't put it in writing, they're either: - Planning to ghost on payment - Hiding sketchy usage terms - Testing how much they can get away with Professionals work with contracts. Period.

As a UGC creator, there are certain requests I say no to — no contract, daily posting expectations, and 24-hour turnaround times. UGC content is paid work, and setting clear boundaries is part of treating content creation like a business. Even if you’re new to UGC, knowing your

For those saying you have to have ugc dedicated accounts, I disagree. I think it’s okay to do what you want. If a brand thinks your style fits their product then you’ll hear from them or when you pitch them it won’t matter whether your entire account is only UGC content.

As I get older I’ve realized that it’s fine if people drift out of your life. Sometimes you have to make room for the greatness that you haven’t experienced yet or for the people who won’t dull your shine. Looking forward to this latest chapter. #newchapterinlife #selflove

I beg of y'all, please stop saying stuff on your business accounts that you wouldn't want a potential brand/agency partner to see. A few examples I see often: - Complaining about not getting deals - Talking bad about collaborations - Posting emails from brands with the brand name/POC name visible for everyone to see - Stuff like "I'm getting paid $1000 to put on makeup omg what is life!!!!!!" You may own your business, but professionalism is still a thing and will take you farther than yoi think.

I have to be honest. The one thing I did that really helped me scale my business to 5 figures.. I stayed a collaborative partner, but set some serious boundaries. Brands will not pay you $400, $500, $900 a video of you can’t take your own business seriously. #ugc
