No, they aren't. In fact there are very few similarities between those two professions, other than the most basic things like, "good observational skills" and "calm under pressure". I get it, you were trying to be flippant and clever, because you lack the actual maturity and intellectual ability to engage a topic like an adult. But it falls flat, yet again. This is no different than your old habit of posting one of the same 5 GIFs every time you got yourself in a pickle. An adult would have looked at that page and said, oh, well, shit, it DOES mention Coriolis. If you were really being a contrarian you could've challenged me to "prove it" by showing you where I got it. Or if you had initiative, you could've fact-checked it through your own methods--I gave you the exact publication number and source for exactly that purpose. If you just wanted to be dismissive you could've said, "well, they say it's less priority, so...still doesn't exist!" All of those things would've been failures, but at least it would've shown that you were trying. Instead what you did was tried to make a funny little zinger comment. Like maybe MY listed profession is a lie, so...what ELSE am I lying about!? Pathetic.

But you get my point. So that bozo may have never used a Coriolis calculation, but that doesn't mean anything. Maybe he never engaged a target not on the practice range. Maybe he never engaged a target past 1,000m, and Coriolis wasn't a consideration. Good thing he "showed his official certificate" though. Speaking of official things, here's page B-2 from the US Army publication TC 3-22.10 "Sniper". Notice the mention of Coriolis as a low priority, but real consideration.
