This 50 year mortgage business is further confirmation that Trump will be doing everything possible to re-inflate real estate prices. Even more than the above, there is also all sorts of stuff happening around the 2nd mortgage and HELOC rules that are going to drastically increase the ease with which US homeowners can access the equity in their homes. This might not all be ideal from a societal perspective.. and may serve in the short term to primarily enrich the Boomer Industrial Complex... HOWEVER... I also think it will be the main catalyst for the next bull market in magic internet coins... Since- as I've said before- I think it was the proliferation of accessible home equity that really caused the 2021 bull run rather than anything else. As a result I am once again 'fatalistically bullish' on the whole situation... Indeed all of the above real estate stuff + the 'dividend checks' + upcoming rate cuts and everything else could serve to propel a bull market in crypto that makes 2021 look positively miniscule in comparison :) Send it (w haste) 💪

Its been an annoying God damn week man Went from the most profitable day ive had actively trading to giving most of it back in 2 days Still up but feel gross Its alright it is what it is Just my own shit...was mentally like of thats awesome whay I made in one day, now I need to protect it n felt nervous about giving it back and instead of following my plan I wanted to push it and opened myself up to more risk needlessly Ill do better in the future and I dont feel like mad or sad or anything, just a little disappointed in myself and appreciative for learning the lesson so I can not repeat the same mistake in the future 🫡
