GUYS @KFC_India is into new #SCAM now a days! I ordered 4 Pc HC + 1 Shawarma both for Rs. 667/- on swiggy. I paid 448 (official rate for 4 piece HC) and what they sent is 2 Hot & Crispy+ 2 Hot wings. 4 Wings costs 148/- 1 HW= 37 rs. 1 HC= 112 rs. YOU THINK CUSTOMERS ARE FOOLS?

Very poor experience with KFC today. Ordered at 4 PM, promised delivery by 4:44 PM but no update till 5:30 PM. Customer care gave no help. Finally connected at 6 PM—staff was rude and asked to wait more. Complete embarrassment in front of guests. Need strict action. #KFC #PoorService @KFC_India
