From the apparent meaning of Albānī’s statement, where he says kufr amali is all kufr asghar unless accompanied with kufr i’tiqadi — this is ʾirjāʾ without a doubt. Istibdāl is not what I’m referring to, you originally brought a statement from S͟hayk͟h Ṣāliḥ on Istiḥlāl Amali and compared it to Kufr Amali to defend Albānī here, when Ṣāliḥ wouldn’t even agree with Albānī on this issue.

Close student of Albani says to him: O Sheikh there is ijma’ from Ibn Kathir & 6 other scholars on the kufr of one who replaces Shari’ah, likewise MiAW includes it in meaning of Taghut Albani: Kufr ‘amali is all kufr asghar unless its accompanied by kufr i’tiqadi [irja’ of jahm]

@shezislam @AlDonFodio We can agree that there are scholars, whether they dwelled deep into these topics or not that do believe tashri’ is kufr regardless of i’tiqad. There is no problem with this. Whether we deem this as ikhtilaf or a mistake of ijtihad is another issue.

Sorry I misread your final comment. The "showing your true beliefs" in question is just me bringing statements from scholars who differed on this issue. The "larping" in question is just me taking from a lot of the same scholars you do, but you cannot accept even the possibility of ikhtilaf on these issues.

Sure let’s say S͟hayk͟h Ṣāliḥ believes it to be Kufr when it’s dominates over the Sharīʿah, the thing is, Imām Albānī doesn’t. So why are you bringing up S͟hayk͟h Ṣāliḥ to defend the view of Albānī, when he doesn’t agree with Albānī in both : • Istibdāl • Kufr Amali That’s what I’m critiquing and it’s what I’m pointing out.
