Shorter days = less sunlight. Your body produces less vitamin D, which weakens immunity and affects mood. That’s why you might feel slower, tired, or less focused. Thread with answers🧵

⬇️ Cortisol – morning peaks shift unpredictably ⬇️ Vitamin D – less sunlight, weaker immunity ⬇️ Iron – low levels = drained energy ⬇️ Vitamin B12 – nutrient shifts hit vitality ⬇️ HRV – seasonal stress impacts recovery

Even after 8 hours, you might wake up exhausted. Your circadian rhythm — your body’s light clock — is shifting. Less light in the morning means later cortisol peaks and lower morning energy.

The goal isn’t to find what’s wrong. It’s to help you understand your body, and strengthen it.

Most people only think about their immune system when they get sick. But your immune health is active every single day balancing defense, recovery, and inflammation. 🧬👇

💙 #WorldHeartDay2025 Most checkups stop at “good” and “bad” cholesterol. At @tryholo, we go further — measuring markers like ApoB and Lipoprotein(a) that actually predict risk. Because prevention starts with clarity, not half the story. 👉 Know your heart, trust your body.

2024 was the hardest year of my life. I lost my dad. Despite having the best doctors and being part of cutting-edge clinical trials, nothing could be done. One of his doctors said something that changed me forever: “If there were a good system of preventive care, and we had caught this earlier, it would have been a simple 2-hour surgery.” That moment broke me. I left what was probably my dream job @itnig & @FactorialEs, working with people I deeply admired, to tackle this problem. (And yeah, you can't imagine how many people called me crazy for doing that). But this is not just for others, but for myself too. I can’t live in a world where preventable tragedies like this continue to happen. But 2024 wasn’t only about loss. It was also about growth. @emilrodcam and @SergioMosDo , you’re both crazy for jumping on this mission with me. I’m beyond grateful for your belief and your drive. In just 3 months, we’ve built something I’m so proud of @tryholo . 2025 will be incredible. I also fell in love this year. Thank your support and patience niña. And I’ve made huge strides in my health: • Lost 10kg • Shifted 23 biomarkers from out-of-range to optimal • Improved my VO2 Max from 27.9 to 51.2 • Improved my monthly average sleep quality from 49% in june to 91% this december. • Started going to the gym daily and eating well. (I'll eventually post about this, it's been quite a journey too, but a lot of work to get done yet). Despite the challenges, I’m 10x happier than I was a year ago. And healthier. I don’t know exactly what 2025 will bring, but I know one thing: it’ll be one hell of an adventure. Thanks to everyone who has supported my during 2024!
