Can you help me? I'd love your input. As 2023 is coming to an end, I am looking to expand TryingIsBeing beyond 1-on-1 consulting. Here are 4 short product pitches. I would love to hear which resonate with you. Takes < 3 minutes. Thanks so much!🙏 tryingisbeing.com/survey

Productive goal-setting is not 1-size-fits-all Find out what works for you: - Precision: How specific / vague - Numbers: Stress / Motivating - Deadlines: same thing - Focus on effort not results (mostly) Important: You do you, don't impress anybody else! How do you set goals?

These rules help me tremendously to switch in and out of work more smoothly. And be mentally present when not working. I’m not perfect of course, but I’ll always try! Hence: Trying Is Being. Thats all we can honestly do.

To recap: Feeling stuck sucks. Thats ok. Just don’t stay stuck for long. Get unstuck: 1. Don’t fight the feeling 2. Understand whats causing it. 3. Commit to a small action 4. Reflect on its impact, iterate next steps 5. Direction is more important than speed
