@appadappajappa I dont think she married under pressure. We cant blame marriage as an institution if people in society act criminally. What you're saying is true but doesn't apply in this case. Happily many people are contemplating lives without marriage

@ndsnas Literacy would help them know what marital rape is. Which is why they want to keep girls away from education.

Cannot think of a single reason for Indian women to get married at all, including and especially if marital rape continues to not be criminalised.
