You can cheat almost any other lift besides the squat maybe.
But deadlift requires precise technique.
Can’t ego lift your way through progression after hitting your personal physical limit

- You don’t need to go to the gym everyday of the week. 3-5x is enough.
- Deadlift is an unnecessary exercise. The ROI to risk ratio is totally not worth it. Been there, done that, learnt my lessons, ditched it.
- If you have to compromise your form to lift a weight, it is too heavy, DROP IT!
- You can build muscles or lose weights without using supplements. Eat right.
- If you want to actually lose weight, prioritize strength training more than cardio. LIFT WEIGHTS!
- Stop working out on vibes. Have a structured workout routine and stick to it.
- You don’t need too many exercises per session. In fitness, less is more.
- Don’t underestimate the role of a personal trainer. If you are a beginner and you can afford to pay one, go for it.
- Show up consistently. Even on the days you don’t feel like it (especially on those days).
- Be patient with your growth, I promise you, it is worth it.
