18 months ago, we started Pan-India delivery for TSA TEKK. I have been studying protein, nutrition, and exercise science for almost 10 years now. I did my bachelor’s and master’s in the UK, and I have been using whey protein and creatine since I was 14. In the UK, I saw what good high-protein products that taste good and do not have a lot of calories Good flavours, textures and many options. Products you could use consistently without feeling like you were forcing yourself. When I came back to India, one thing became very clear to me: Protein awareness was increasing but protein education was still missing. People were hearing eat more protein, but they didn’t always know what to buy, how to use it, what mattered on a label, what was marketing, what was fear-mongering, and what was actually useful. I understood that people don’t stop eating high-protein because they don’t care about health. They stop because they never find something they can repeat. Something that tastes good, fits their routine That became the idea behind TSA TEKK. Build products around what I call the nutrition trilemma Taste, nutrition value and calorie control. Because a product only works if people can actually use it consistently. We started with whey protein. Now we are working on more products that fit the same philosophy. But from day one, TSA TEKK was never supposed to be just a supplement brand. It was meant to be a trust-building project. Good products, yes but also education around the product. How to use protein,
How to think about ingredients.
,How to avoid fear-based marketing, how to build better habits around food, exercise and health. Because health is rarely built through one product. It is built through basic things done consistently for a long time. We have never tried to sell through gimmicks. No fear-mongering.
No demonising ingredients.
No fake stories,No everything else is toxic marketing. Attention built through fear does not last. Trust built through work, honesty, and intention compounds. That has been the goal from day one.

Creatine is a 190+ year old story. Creatine monohydrate has one of the strongest safety records in sports nutrition, with evidence from ~685 human randomized controlled trials and data across children/adolescents, adults, older adults, and some clinical populations. In 1832, French chemist Michel Eugène Chevreul isolated a mysterious compound from skeletal muscle. He named it “créatine” from the Greek word kreas, meaning meat. At the time, nobody was thinking about gym performance, bodybuilding, ATP resynthesis, or cognitive fatigue. It was just a strange compound hiding inside muscle tissue. For decades, creatine remained a scientific curiosity. Then in 1912, Harvard researchers Otto Folin and Willey Glover Denis found something important: When humans consumed creatine, muscle creatine levels could increase. It suggested that nutrition could directly change the energy chemistry of muscle. But creatine still did not become famous. It stayed in laboratories, papers, and physiology textbooks. Then came Barcelona, 1992- The Olympic Games. British sprinter Linford Christie won gold in the 100m and Sally Gunnell won gold in the 400m hurdles. Reports emerged that elite athletes were using creatine. Suddenly, a compound discovered in meat 160 years earlier became the supplement everyone wanted to understand. By 1993, creatine monohydrate entered the commercial sports nutrition world and the rest is supplement history.

Some flavours sell, some flavours become a habit. Strawberry Vanilla Cream became special to us because when we first received this batch in February, we thought we had enough stock to last till May. It sold out in less than 3 weeks.

Osteoporosis is silent until a bone breaks. Sarcopenia is silent until your body slowly loses the strength to protect itself. One weakens your bones. The other weakens the muscles that load, support, and protect those bones. Together, they create a dangerous combination called osteosarcopenia. Bones are living, responsive tissue. Every time you walk, climb stairs, jump, squat, lift weights, or carry something heavy, your bones experience mechanical stress and bones adapts to that stress. This is the basic idea behind Wolff’s Law: bone adapts to the load placed on it. Load it enough, and the body gets a reason to maintain or build bone strength. Underload it for years, and the body starts treating bone like an expensive structure it no longer needs to keep as strong. Bone has piezoelectric properties, meaning mechanical stress can generate tiny electrical signals inside bone tissue. These signals are thought to help bone cells sense loading and guide remodeling. The skeleton needs a reason to stay strong. That reason is load. And the best way to create that load is through muscle. Strong muscles pull on bone. Strong legs reduce falls. Better balance protects fragile hips. Enough protein helps preserve the tissue that keeps you moving. So fractures do not happen only because bones are weak. They often happen because muscles are weak, balance declines, protein intake is low, and the skeleton has not been challenged enough for years. bones need load, muscles need protein and your future self needs both.

Everyone wants to reduce inflammation. But here is the part most people miss If your body had no inflammation, a paper cut could become dangerous, a hard workout would not remodel tissue properly, and infections could spread silently. Inflammation is not automatically good or bad. Inflammation is a biological response. The real question is What triggered it?
Where is it happening?
How intense is it?
And does it resolve? That is the difference between inflammation that helps you heal and inflammation that slowly damages you. Here is a detailed thread on inflammation

You don’t breathe hard during cardio because your lungs are weak (applicable for most healthy individuals) That’s one of the biggest misunderstandings about fitness. For most healthy people, the lungs are not the main limiting factor for VO₂ max. In fact, the lungs usually have more gas-exchange capacity than the body demands during exercise. They can ventilate large volumes of air, move oxygen efficiently from the alveoli into the blood, and remove carbon dioxide at a high rate. In most healthy people, even during hard exercise, arterial oxygen saturation stays fairly well maintained. So the lungs often have a reserve. The problem is usually not whether oxygen can enter the lungs, but whether the rest of the body can deliver and use that oxygen fast enough.

Community favourite strawberry vanilla cream whey isolate is in stock. This one is special because when we first got this in February, we thought we have enough till may but this whey got stocked out in less than 3 weeks and because of the current global geopolitical situation, our raw whey shipment got delayed and this had to be out of stock for the last 2 months. Thank you so much everyone for their patience and understanding, The support has been incredible. We are extremely grateful 🙏🙏🙏

One of the best things I learned when studying Biomechanics is that, during exercise (controlled setting) the muscle (muscle group) will most likely always produce more force than the external force. So for example, In a shoulder lateral raise, holding a 5 kg dumbbell does not mean the deltoid only produces 5 kg of force,it may need to produce 15 or even 25kg of force (in some cases approx.5 times more)

Why can one person eat 10 eggs a day and have perfect lipid markers, while another eats 2 and gets flagged for high cholesterol? Do eggs negatively affect cholesterol markers ? No and Yes. For approx.70- 80% population (those with normal cholesterol absorption) consuming eggs does not have a significant effect on blood cholesterol markers. Overall diet and genetics determine cholesterol levels, so for many eggs arent a big concern, overconsuming saturated fat and high calorie high-processed hyperpalatable foods can be factors that affect lipid markers. How many eggs can you actually eat in a day without getting abnormal levels of cholesterol? It’s not the same for everyone. One big factor is whether you are a cholesterol Hyper-absorber or a hypo-absorber. Here is a detailed post on this topic

Your friend can drink coffee and still fall asleep while you drink coffee and struggle to fall asleep, why does this happen? People break down caffeine at different speeds, and genetics contributes to that variability. some people are fast metabolisers of caffeine while some are slow

Exercise is incredibly beneficial for cardiovascular health. In simple words, Exercise can help you build backup blood vessels. That is one of the coolest things in human physiology. Your heart has tiny blood vessels that may not do much under normal conditions. But if blood flow through a main artery is reduced, some of these smaller vessels can enlarge and become more useful. These are called coronary collaterals. Think of them like side roads that can help carry traffic when the main highway gets blocked. That is why some people describe them as a kind of natural bypass. Exercise seems to help this process Here are some ways how exercise benefits cardiovascular health
