TSC Year 6 to Year 7 Transition

What a great retreat Year 7 have just had @saviohouse. We would like to thank all the staff at Savio for their efforts. Well done to Year 7 who worked so well together in the activities and then organising and showcasing their talents in a lovely a service to round it all off.

Year 7 have now started their second week @thornleigh, and what a great start it has been. Well done to all those who have already been involved in extracurricular activities too. It is a great way to quickly find your feet and get to know others in the school

Your Year Leaders and Form Tutors will meet you at 8.40am, as we will begin our day in our school chapel with an assembly with Mr. Fitzsimons. The Leadership Team will be there to show you where to go from the bus turn and the main school gates. #newbeginnings @thornleigh

I want to say a really big thank you to all Year 6 students who have joined us for our two Induction Days @thornleigh. You have all fully engaged and conducted yourselves so well in all lessons. The staff feedback has been wonderful. You have all been a credit to your schools.

Induction Days for Year 6 students who are joining us in September are taking place on Wednesday 3rd July and Thursday 4th July. Students are asked to wear their primary school uniform for both days and will have a STEAM Day and a Core Subject Day. #newbeginnings @thornleigh

Welcome Evening (Tuesday 2nd July) is nearly upon us and we are very excited to be welcoming our next cohort of Year 7 students. Alpha half (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Zeta) start time is 6pm and Kappa half (Kappa, Theta, Sigma, Lambda, Omega) start time is 7.30pm

A big thank you to the Year 7 Gift Team, who have been delivering an assembly on 'Mary, Help of Christians' to all year groups this week. @thornleigh @tsc_re A great opportunity to celebrate May, the month of Mary.

A really nice finish to the day today with our Christmas Service bringing our first term to a close. A huge well done to all involved in putting the service together. Wishing you all a safe and happy Christmas break.

A lovely morning, where we welcomed the Year 6 groups from out partner primary schools to our school production of 'Legally Blonde'. Thank you all for attending, your support and the wonderful atmosphere you created for our performers. It was very much appreciated.
